For one of our first collaborations in The Salon, we teamed up with Jeff Fischer of Habit Wine for a traditional wine and food pairing. We began with a cocktail hour out in our garden and then guests seated themselves in The Salon as Jeff and Matt presented each course. This event was featured in The LA Times.
