We hosted a brunch buffet in The Salon for some youth aging out of the foster care system to teach them how to make a proper omelette and a fun egg white “mocktail”. Our friends from Casa de Perrin joined us to demonstrate how to set a formal table with their beautiful collection of wares, and the talented Yasmine Floral Design helped the ladies make floral crowns.
