Each year one of our favorite non-profits, Silverlake Conservatory of Music, hosts their annual fundraiser to benefit low-income children’s music programs, operations and scholarships, so needless to say we always look forward to supporting them. For this year, appetizers were served as 500 guests mingled and placed bids on stunning donated art hanging up around the property at The Paramour. Once guests took their seats for dinner, small crostini platters were placed on each table with the first course of salad as the Red Hot Chili Pepppers performed. Dinner was served family style with several vegan options, and dessert was very casual nibbles and fruit to snack on as Neil Young sang an unforgettable performance of “Harvest Moon”.
