Violets are Blue
  For a wedding tasting, the bride asked that we make cocktails that were the same hue of lavender as her wedding dress. Our cocktail VIOLETS ARE BLUE contains vodka (or gin), fresh squeezed watermelon and lemon juices, lavender syrup, creme de violette, and house made citrus bitters.  After fussing with the different ingredients, we finally got it to where the bride's dress and the cocktails will be indistinguishable at this wedding... even if you're not drinking!
