It started with some unofficial R & D nights where everyone put their most creative foot forward to come up with some killer cocktails over here, and then Tad took it to a whole new level by developing some house made Cynar from neutral grain alcohol, cinnamon, anise, orange, cloves, and artichoke scraps.

Everyone loves Amber. She’s one of our favorite servers and clearly she’s a favorite of our clients as well for that is who took these photos and sent them back to us. She stands next to a couple of versions of our Crostini Stations filled with house-cured meats, house-made pickles, roasted veggies, fresh cheeses, pizza bread pudding… adult snacks.
