This is our version of the very popular Sweet Lady Jane Berry Cake. We use (well, I use, who else is going to make dessert!) fresh (not frozen like….) Pudwell Farms Berries, Buttermilk Cake, a White Chocolate, Vanilla Bean Filling and a Marscarpone Cream Cheese Frosting. Purty Good. Especially with Peaches and Cream Fraiche Ice Cream.
