We Collect Knives
We, all of us, are on a very long scavenger hunt for carbon steel knives with wood handles. We get them cheap- three, five, no more than ten dollars. Sellers don’t think they’re valuable because they’re rusty and chipped but they don’t realize that elbow grease and patience creates blades so sharp that you feel remarkably secure walking with one of these in your bag through dark alleyways to your car after a late night catering party.
